Laser marking with QR Code
Each tool is identified by a unique QR code, which records a SERIAL NUMBER in our ERP system. This number securely links all documents related to production, sales, regeneration, and shipping.
Tool regeneration
The tools, regenerated in the same production department and with state-of-the-art CNC machinery, retain their original characteristics, delivering performance equivalent to that of a new product.
Continuous monitoring
By accessing the dedicated area on our website, you can view in real time the production batch, the number of re-sharpenings, and the technical documentation for each tool.
Handling box
Our dedicated boxes, featuring customized trays, ensure the safe and optimized transportation of the tools, preserving their integrity and quality.
