Who we are
Fresal S.r.l. is an Italian company producing solid tools for machine cutting.
Founded in Turin in 1996 on the initiative of Osvaldo Melon, it boasts a history of family tradition in the construction of tools that dates back to 1968. Always synonymous with the production of milling cutters and reamers, Fresal has constantly increased its skills over the years, establishing itself as a reality appreciated internationally. Today Fresal is based in Volpiano (Turin) in the industrial property which hosts the modern production unit, the technical office, the warehouse and logistics, the commercial and administrative offices.

Research and development
The constant commitment to improving the quality and performance of our tools is the result of close collaboration with our customers and suppliers / partners in Europe.
Continuous attention to the choice of raw materials, study of new geometries with the aid of 3D simulation systems and the use of the best PVD coating technologies; this is our philosophy and our commitment.
We also continuously use international research centers that allow us to highlight the margins for improvement and, consequently, to validate the performance of our tools in production.

TOOL REGENERATION
Tool regeneration takes place in the same production department,
using the same technologies and machinery used for the new tool.
Regenerated tools perform up to 4 times like new.
FRESAL FOR THE CIRCULAR ECONOMY
Thanks to the collaboration with local companies, we are able to recover production waste and worn material from our customers, bringing them to a new life.
